Difference entre slot et socket

I saw that some of Intel's new ivy bridge processors run at a TDP of 17W, and would appear to work well for me. Looking at the spec sheet, these processors all appear to use the FCBGA1023 socket. The problem, is I can't really seem to find any motherboards that support this socket. Looking at Newegg or Amazon, I can't find anything.
